Getting any business going is tough. I started my business in my basement, it was slow going. What better way to build up my gym business than to offer free training to the first 50 women to sign up to be on my Tough Mudder team!
The transformations the women made in their bodies and in strength was amazing and my business started to grow. Since then, I have also become a certified yoga instructor. I love being able to share my knowledge of yoga with my clients :)

I love to empower people to believe in themselves, and to make them realize what their bodies are capable of

I love to do the WAM300
- which is a Make A Wish ride - I ride my bike 308 miles in 3 days to raise $ for the Make A Wish Foundation - I have done this ride for 8 years - it is the most humbling experience and I recommend the experience to everyone.
